RTT Assisted Integration

I offer a unique approach to the integration of a psychedelic journey using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which is a specialized approach employing cognitive behavioral therapy, neurolinguistic programing, inner child work and hypnotherapy. We start at the cognitive, conscious level discussing the meaning, messages, and insights gained from a psychedelic journey, but then, through hypnosis, we take the dialogue into the subconscious where we can access a deeper level of understanding and at times, reconnect with the Source, entities, or mystical beings that were present in the psychedelic journey. Journeyers can be directive and communicate directly with their subconscious to understand and interpret meaning and gain clarity about their journey.

​One of the reasons that psychedelic journeys are so powerful is that the experience transcends the conscious mind giving the journeyer access to the subconscious, superconscious and spiritual realms. Through hypnosis, we connect to ‘other than conscious state of being’ bringing an expanded level of integration and insight.

 

I am committed to working with journeyers to help them get the most from their experience. I create a safe and nurturing space, balancing structure, and flow to provide a guided healing exploration allowing journeyers to maximize and sustain the benefits of their psychedelic experience.
